Challenge:

The client required an insulated panel structure with a reinforced steel skid and steel plate base to house compression pumps, while meeting specific weight and size requirements.

Solution:

Rockbox manufactured a custom insulated panel structure mounted on a heavy-duty steel skid base. The unit needed to  meet all load and dimensional requirements and included integrated louvers to provide adjustable airflow and ventilation as needed.

Results:

The client received a fully mobile, insulated structure capable of safely housing compression pumps while maintaining durability, mobility, and proper ventilation.
